Replacement baffle

Purchased this kit due to me losing the original one on the highway because I didn’t make sure it was installed properly. It arrived quickly and had awesome communication for Coffman’s to make sure I was ordering the correct part. I took my time when installed it to make sure the clip was seated correctly to keep my baffle in this time. I love the sound of the exhaust from Coffman’s on my 2023 Honda CL500 and it’s 12lbs lighter than the stock pipe! Excellent product!

This is a replacement sound suppressor with hardware. Version 2 is only compatible with tips that have a cutout or knotch for a keyslot. Version 2 does not require a rubber O-Ring. Please state your model/make/year in the notes section as we offer a small or large baffle depending on which bike you have. If there is one you would like in particular over the one designed for your bike, you can request a small or large core as well.

  • Note: Some baffles come without the perforated core attached as shown in the alternate picture.
  • If you are not sure which one you need, the large baffle can be modified to turn into the small baffle.
