Coffman's Black Barrel Clamp for Honda Rebel 1100 (Fits some others)

The sound is perfect. It's not overly loud like a Harley. The install was fairly easy. The top mounting bracket was really weird to get lined up (I have passenger pegs so that probably wasn't helping).

Got this as an upgrade for my application. (Coffman slip on muffler for the
Kawasaki Eliminator) It's the same clamp that comes with the muffler except it's
painted black. Since there's no chrome on the Eliminator, the bright ss clamp
kind of sticks out like a sore thumb. The painted one blends in nicely with the
Coffman's muffler. I suggested they offer it as an option.

Used this for my Rebel 1100T model there’s only a couple of pipes that fit them and I waited out the Vance and Hines high output pipe, they had some issues and we’re back ordered, but once I received my pipe it didn’t come with a barrel clamp so I tried the one from the stock pipe and it didn’t work. Had a major exhaust leak and was tightened all the way down, wasn’t gonna work. I looked at Vance and Hines website couldn’t find anything for parts, stumbled on Coffman’s website and found this barrel clamp specifically for the Honda Rebel 1100 and I decided to try it. Worked perfectly, tightened great with no exhaust leak so problem solved. Next time I’m buying a Coffman pipe lol

I purchased a new exhaust for my Honda Rebel 500 but the clamp from Honda didn’t work with it so after some searching I decided to buy the Coffman Black Barrel Clamp which was the perfect solution to my problem.
