Wasn’t a fan of the stock exhaust and wanted to get something that would do my bike some justice. I narrowed it down to Coffman’s and absolutely love it! I’m really glad I chose this exhaust and love hearing how it all sounds now.

Form and function are perfect on the Thunder muffler. Shipping was super fast and the install was so easy a first grader could have done it. i left the baffle in and the sound is perfectly balanced to my Honda Rebel 500. Customer service is bar none, friendly and helpful what a concept....Just Buy it!
Bought myself this exhaust after Christmas so I haven't had a chance to ride with it yet, but it looks and sounds 1000% better than stock.
I actually bought this for my wife’s Christmas gift for her Rebel 500 and didn’t know if she was going to like it or not. Turns out she absolutely loves it. She says it makes her 500CMX sound much more beefy than stock, even with the baffle in it has a nice rumble and cackle when down shifting. She highly recommends this exhaust to others. - Preinstalled removable CNC machined db-killer (baffle) retained inside the tip through the highest quality high-temp silicone O-Ring, spacer, and snap-ring.
- Includes a large perforated core encompassed by replaceable packing assisting in heat management and sound suppression.
- All pipes are manufactured from 304 stainless steel tubing that is CNC machined, mandrel bent then tig welded to perfection.
- Designed to fit stock applications to wide tired to stretched swing arm applications. They then have a machined angled cut billet aluminum tip anodized with an array of colors ranging from ceramic red, black, gold or blue. Polished aluminum is also available on the tip.
