Best exhaust for rebel 500

Great exhaust, not too loud but gives noticeable improvement in both tone and volume over the stock exhaust.

Looks much more sleek and isnt bulky like the stock exhaust, very sexy.

Helpful and responsive to concerns about shipping. No complaints, thanks Coffmans!

Fantastic!

I love this exhaust! It looks really good on the bike and gives the bike more character! It’s definitely louder than stock but very tolerable. I will be keeping the baffles in. It takes away the buzzing noise and replaces it with a deeper tone and I even noticed a little burble! Very fun to ride around but I have yet to take it on the highway as it’s been too cold here! It was definitely worth the money and if I get another bike you bet I’m looking for a Coffmans exhaust! Also mad respect for the small business as the shipping time was incredibly fast! As someone who ships various SAAB parts out and is considered a very small business I don’t know how they do it. Thank you guys!

A worthwhile purchase

Removing the factory suppressor and putting this bad boy on was definitely one of the best modifications I’ve done to my rebel 500 so far. It’s also not tinny with sound and I love it.

Looks AND SOUNDS great, at a GREAT price !

EASY to install, sounds MUCH better than the stock OEM. Looks awesome. makes the rear of the bike look sleek, instead of the fat OEM muffler that came with the bike. Highly recommended !! Great price as well.

  • Made in the U.S.A.
  • Preinstalled removable CNC machined db-killer (baffle) retained inside the tip through the highest quality high-temp silicone O-Ring, spacer, and snap-ring.
  • Includes a large perforated core encompassed by replaceable packing assisting in heat management and sound suppression.
  • All pipes are manufactured from 304 stainless steel tubing that is CNC machined, mandrel bent then tig welded to perfection.
  • Designed to fit stock applications to wide tired to stretched swing arm applications. They then have a machined angled cut billet aluminum tip anodized with an array of colors ranging from ceramic red, black, gold or blue. Polished aluminum is also available on the tip.
