Coffman's THUNDER Exhaust for Honda Rebel 1100T (2023-2025) Touring

Coming from the HD World of V-Twins I am used to having a loud bike especially for safety reasons down here in S. Florida...I was comparing various option for my Rebel 1100T and decided to go with Coffman's Thunder and I am so happy I did...Customer service was amazing...packaging was perfect and I am so happy Pam packs it with extra bubble wrap b/c USPS destroyed my box but the items was not damaged whatsoever...install was not difficult at all...I upgraded the nut on the bolt provided to a nylon nut but that was just personal preference...everything fit perfectly...amazing craftsmanship & spot-on welds...left the baffle in and still plenty loud for my taste...make the Rebel sound like a true cruiser now versus before when it sounded like a sewing machine...I highly recommend this product...amazing experience from start to finish

First of all, I appreciate the build quality and looks and sound of the Coffman Thunder. It was a breeze to install and fit well. The sound from it is awesome and it drops about 10 lbs off the bike compared to the stock Honda Rebel muffler. Do I think it could be improved? Well yes, which is why I thought about not giving it full marks. First of all, I wish they had made the slip on part of the pipe the exact same diameter as the stock Honda muffler, so that I could use the crush fit gasket that Honda uses. I feel that would kind of buffer any vibration coming from the exhaust header/cat. But, not a deal breaker by any means. The other change I would like to see made would be to set up the hanger assembly to use a rubber mount like the Honda muffler. Again, to help isolate vibration. Other than those 2 items, it's perfect for me.

The Coffman Thunder exhaust is perfect for my Rebel1100T, it's loud but not to much, very easy to put on and the fit is great. Overall perfect upgrade for the Rebel.

The quality and looks are great. Solid welds and clean finish. Perfect snug fit as well. Only reason for four stars is because I would expect the single mounting bolt to be painted black for the price tag. Good sound. Loud enough to tell you have a bike but quite enough not to be annoying on the highway.
