Received new exhaust in simple packaging with concise install directions. Easy to assemble/install. Performance of exhaust was just as described. Sound was throaty and not too loud. Over all experience was excellent.

Overall the exhaust is great! I removed the baffle right away which was a bit of a pain but, once it was all put together and buttoned up and it looks great! The sound is even better then I could imagine as well! Videos don't do it justice. It has a real deep tone at idle and screams at red line. Not to raspy, and not a straight pipe. It's just right!

Shorty exhaust for CB500X paired with Nelson-Rigg Hurricane Saddlebags

The stock exhaust burnt a hole in my Nelson-Rigg bags. The Coffman Shorty provides plenty space between it and the bag. It was easy to install, but you'll need a cheap rivet tool ($18 USD). Definitely worth it. The Shorty also sounds much better than the stock.

  • Preinstalled removable CNC machined db-killer (baffle) retained inside the tip through the highest quality high-temp silicone O-Ring, spacer, and snap-ring.
  • Includes a large perforated core encompassed by replaceable packing assisting in heat management and sound suppression.
  • All pipes are manufactured from 304 stainless steel tubing that is CNC machined, mandrel bent then tig welded to perfection.
  • Designed to fit stock applications to wide tired to stretched swing arm applications. They then have a machined angled cut billet aluminum tip anodized with an array of colors ranging from ceramic red, black, gold or blue. Polished aluminum is also available on the tip.
  • This tip can be rotated to suit your desired appearance.
